The intervention team discusses the support offered to young people, focused on prevention, to avoid becoming entrenched in homelessness. With empathy and compassion, they present the challenges and successes of young people whose courage, perseverance, and resilience inspire admiration and, above all, fill us with hope that they will find a better path toward a more independent life.
