The Youth+ Coalition was created in 2018 at the initiative of the organization Dans la rue. It is governed by youth, researchers, community organizations, and networks. Grounded in respect for and the promotion of the rights of young people aged 12 to 30 in Quebec, it aims to mobilize key stakeholders toward a coordinated and co-constructed effort to prevent and address youth homelessness.
